Luca Costanzo (Special Counsel)

Luca has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Bachelor of Science and a Diploma in Modern Languages (Spanish) from the University of Melbourne. Luca joined Macleay William at its inception. Luca regularly advises in television and SVOD program financing and distribution, with a focus on scripted narrative comedy and light entertainment produced by independent Australian production companies.  Luca’s practice also encompasses high end radio talent agreements, podcast distribution agreements and international format licensing of Australian programs.

Luca also has experience in the mergers and acquisitions practice of a leading Australian international law firm and is one of the teachers of the Online Streaming, Film and TV Law subject at the University of Melbourne’s masters law course.
